Return and Refund Policy:

Conditions for receiving product returns:
1. You have to make a decision as soon as you get the product. Your refund will be canceled after one day of receiving the product.
2. The product cannot be used in any way.
3. Product labels, warranty cards, invoices, user manuals cannot be torn or destroyed.
4. Product cannot be physically damaged.
5. Product original packing must not be destroyed.
6.Refund policy is accepted conditionally in case of garments products. For this see the refund category.
7. Garment products cannot be washed in water.
8. No refund policy is accepted for electronics products.
9. Check the refund conditions for each product.
10. You can cancel the order within 30 minutes of ordering the product. If you cancel the order after 30 minutes, your 10% processing and packaging charges will be deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment account. Order cancellation is not acceptable after product delivery. See our refund policy, which products support refunds.

11. Change of mind after ordering is not accepted.

After applying for a refund, lazyges verifies the product and reserves the right to decide whether the product is eligible for a refund.

LIST OF RETURNABLE PRODUCTS AND CONDITIONS:                 

In order to get the refund product back, the conditions have to be fulfilled according to the product.

1. Hijab : Hijab is refunded as per condition. If the product does not match the picture, refund or if the size does not match the description, the refund condition will apply. Mind change is not acceptable.

2. Veil : Refund in case of Veil is acceptable as per condition. If the product does not match the picture, refund or if the size does not match the description, the refund condition will apply. Mind change is not acceptable.

3. Niqab: Refund in case of Niqab is acceptable as per condition. If the product does not match the picture, refund or if the size does not match the description, the refund condition will apply. Mind change is not acceptable.

4. Hijab Bands: We do not support refunds on our Hijab Band products.

5. Inner Cap: Our Inner Cap products do not support refunds.

6. Hijab Pin: We do not support refunds on Hijab Pin products.

lazyges reserves the right to return the product to the customer's address if it finds that the product is not eligible for a refund on receipt.

How you apply for a refund:

1. First, check the product conditions to see if your product is eligible for a refund.
2. Fill out the refund form and mail it to us with your product name, invoice number, and reason. Our representative will contact you within 24 hours.

Refund Policy:             

We generally support BKash payment method. If the customer fills all the facts then the customer will get the refund in his payment account within seven working days. Our representative will confirm the refund via email to the customer. If for any reason the payment fails to be received, the customer can contact us from the option
